The learned Advocate, Mr. Shirish Kumar Mishra, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 to cure the defects in the vakalatnama as pointed out in the office report in three weeks' time.

A submission at Bar has been advanced by the learned Advocate, Ms. Prerna Mehta for the petitioner that counter affidavit on behalf of these respondents has been already received by her. Registry to take a note accordingly.

On behalf of respondent No.4, notice has been accepted by the learned Advocate, Mr. Himanshu Gupta and has

undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit by the next date. Complete set of the pleadings be served on the learned counsel in a week's time of which necessary proof be filed on record. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.
