Despite last opportunity granted, proper fresh address of respondent no.1 has not been furnished.

Let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions."

It is submitted that there are total three respondents.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed proper fresh address of Respondent No. 1 alongwith spare copies of SLP so far.

It is also submitted that service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent No. 2 & 3.

The office report on default for not filing fresh address of Respondent No. 1 and spare copies of SLP is listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers).
