" Fresh address for the unserved respondent No.1 has yet not been provided by the petitioner. Be provided within three weeks. Notice thereafter be issued. Service of respondent No.2 is complete but none has entered appearance. Respondent No.3 has already filed the counter affidavit. List again on 14.1.2016."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the fresh address and also not taken fresh step for service on unserved Respondent No. 1 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 1.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 17.11.2015, when the following Order was passed:

" Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit. Service of respondent No.2 is complete but none has entered appearance. Respondent Nos.3 to 5 are yet to be served. The Ld.Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service. List again on 3.2.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order, fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 35 was issued on 08.12.2015. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent nos. 35.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
