" Service report in respect of respondent Nos.4 and 5 is still awaited. Respondent No.1 has already filed counter affidavit. Registry to report the status of respondent Nos.2 and 3. List again on 28.8.2015."

It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 34 & 5. Inadvertently, in the earlier office report dated 03.02.2015, it has been stated that Respondent No. 3 has been served but Respondent No. 3 is still unserved. In respect of Respondent No. 2, A.D. Card duly signed has been received back but he has not chosen to enter appearance so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 34 & 5.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
