Permission to file the additional documents is granted to the petitioners.
Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon perusal of the record, we uphold the direction given by the High Court in paragraph (26) of the impugned common order dated 10.04.2018 passed in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.398 of 2018 and connected matters.
In the circumstances of this case, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. Accordingly, the special leave petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to the above, pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
