Ld. Counsel for respondents submit that some of the unserved respondents have expired.
As requested, four weeks time, is granted as a last chance to the petitioners, to take appropriate steps in respect of the unserved respondents.
Respondent No. 18(In-Person) has filed the counter affidavit and application for permission to appear and argue In-Person. The said application be placed before the concerned Ld. Registrar for interaction.
Service is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 13 and 14.
However Mr. Balraj Singh Malik, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for Respondent Nos.13 and 14. He seeks and is granted two weeks time to file vakalatnama and four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Remaining respondents are duly represented.
Four weeks time is granted to appearing respondents to file counter affidavit, if not already filed.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 48 has stated that the petitioner has not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
