UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP (C) Nos. 8266-8284 of 2023
1. The learned counsel, Mr. Akshay Amritanshu, appears and submits that the AOR, earlier representing the petitioner has been designated and thus, one opportunity of two weeks' may be granted for taking requisite steps in light of the earlier order.
2. In the interest of justice, additional last opportunity of two weeks is granted to the petitioner for taking steps for effecting service on the unserved respondents/curing the defects in the pending applications.
3. If the needful is not done on or before 17.09.2024, the SLP shall stand rejected to the extent of the unserved respondents for want of prosecution.
