Shri Rana Mukherjee, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) has drawn our attention to the location of the suit scheduled property by producing a Map and contended that if the impugned order is not interfered with, the layout would be jeopardised inasmuch as the suit scheduled property forms part of three roads (`T' shape). He further submitted that the petitioner(s) are willing to pay additional sale consideration to the respondent(s) with regard to the suit scheduled property. Hence, issue notice to the respondents.
