The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.03.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Let the matter be listed on 13.04.2015.

The Registrars of the University of Rajasthan and Jai Narayan Vyas University shall remain personally present on that day.

Learned counsel for the State undertakes to file the counter affidavit within 10 days from today. We are granting this limited time inasmuch as it is a case which is to be decided either way before the commencement of the time table meant for B. Ed. Course for 20152016.

Mr. Anand Varma, learned counsel shall intimate Mr. Kohli, learned counsel for the NCTE about the date fixed in this case. Mr. Varma shall also supply him a copy of the petition."

It is submitted that vide this Registry's letter dated 04.04.2015 sent by speed to inform the Registrars of the University of Rajasthan and Jai Narayan Vyas University for compliance of Court's order dated 30.03.2015.

It is submitted that Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has on 10.04.2015 filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Mr. Rishi Matoliya, Advocate has on 10.04.2015 filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance and additional submission on beh123alf of respondent No. 4 with prior permission to Hon'ble court. Copies of the same are being circulated herewith.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 10.04.2015 filed application for permission to file additional documents along with Annexure P19 to P21 with prior permission to Hon'ble Court. Copy of the same is being circulated. He has also served copy of the petition on NCTE and file proof of service.

Service is complete on all the respondents through dasti.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble court with this office report.
