"Heard Mr. Harin P. Raval, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. P.S. Narasimha, learned Additional Solicitor General for the respondent and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Learned counsel for the N.C.T.E.

The order passed on 6th May, 2015, by this Court in S.L.P.(C) Nos. 52825289 of 2015, shall apply to the cases at hand.

Mr. P.S. Narasimha, learned Additional Solicitor General is requested to assist the Court when the matter is listed.

Let the matters be listed on 3rd November, 2015.

Service is complete on all the respondents.

SLP Nos. 15112 and 1527315275 of 2015

It is submitted that Show Cause Notice was issued on 28.05.2015 to respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 (common in all SLPs) and respondent No. 3 in SLP 15112 and 1527315275 of 2015 by registered A.D. Post. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 and she has filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same has already been included. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received from respondent No. 3 in SLP 15112 and 15275 of 2015 but no one has entered appearance. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover have been received back from respondent Nos. 2, 4(Common in all SLPs) and respondent No. 3 in SLP 15273 and 15274 of 2015 so far.

Service is not complete in both the matters.

SLP(C) No. 22637 OF 2015

It is submitted that Show Cause Notice was issued on 12.08.2015 to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 by Speed Post. Mr. R.M. Patnaik, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1. He has on 18.08.2015 filed counter affidavit and copy of the same has been included. As per track report notice has been delivered on respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but no one has entered appearance.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 2282222835 OF 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 13.08.2015 counsel for the petitioner has served the copy of petition on counsel for the State of Rajasthan and National counsel for Teacher Education and also filed proof of service but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Show Cause Notice was issued on 17.08.2015 to respondent No. 4 common in all SLPs by registered AD Post. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received back so far.

Service is incomplete.

SLP(C) Nos. 24698, 24699 and 24700 of 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 24.08.2015, Show Cause Notice was issued on 28.09.2015 to respondent No. 1 in each SLP, common respondent Nos. 2 and 4 in all the SLP's common respondent No. 3 in SLP 24698 and 24700 and respondent No. 3 in SLP 24699 by registered AD Post. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers have been received back so far.

SLP(C) Nos. 29129, 29130, 29132, 29133, 29134 and 29135/2015

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 05.10.2015, Show Cause Notice was issued on 16.10.2015 to Respondent No. 1 in each SLP, common respondent Nos. 2 and 4 in each SLP, common respondent No. 3 in SLP 29129, 29130, 29132, 29133 and 29134 of 2015 and respondent No. 3 in SLP No. 29135 of 2015 by registered AD Post. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received back so far.

SLP(C) Nos. 2555925561 of 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 11.09.2015 show Cause Notice was issued on 27.10.2015 to respondent Nos. 1 to 4 common in all SLPs and respondent No. 5 in SLP 25560 and 25561 of 2015 by Speed Post. As per track report of speed post, notice has been delivered on 29.10.2015 to all the respondents but no one has entered appearance.

Service is complete through Speed Post.

SLP(C) No. 26151/2015

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 11.09.2015, Show Cause notice was issued on 27.10.2015 to all the four respondents by speed post. As per track report of speed post, notice has been delivered on 29.10.2015 to all the respondents but no one has entered appearance.

Service is complete through Speed Post.

SLP(C) No. 24631/2015

It is submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 28.08.2015, Show Cause Notice was issued on 11.09.2015 to all the four respondents by registered AD Post. AD Card duly stamped has been received in respect of respondent No. 2 but none has entered appearance. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers have been received in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 so far.
