It is submitted that show cause notice returnable on 30.03.2015 was issued on 24.02.2015 to all the four respondents(common in all SLPS) by registered A.D. post as well as by dasti. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received so far. The counsel for the petitioner has on 26.03.2015 filed affidavit of dasti service with proof after effecting service an all the respondents.

Service is complete.
