UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Let the matter be listed on 13.04.2015. The Registrars of the University of Rajasthan and Jai Narayan Wyas University shall remain personally present on that day.

Learned counsel for the State undertakes to file the counter affidavit within 10 days from today. We are granting this limited time inasmuch as it is a case which is to be decided either way before the commencement of the time table meant for B.Ed. Course for 2015-2016.

Mr. Anand Varma, learned counsel shall intimate Mr. Kohli, learned counsel for the NCTE about the date fixed in this case. Mr. Varma shall also supply him a copy of the petition.
