For Petitioner(s) Mr. Anand Varma, Adv. Mr. Ramendra Mohan Patnaik, AOR
For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Delay condoned.
Issue notice.
It is submitted by Mr. Anand Varma, learned counsel for the privationer that this Court has passed certain order in SLP ● The order passed in the said case reads as $\frac{1}{2}$
"It is submitted by Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the NCTE that the
petitioner-institutions have the valid recognition issued on the basis of the 2009 Regulations. The recognition has been extended to them in the backdrop of 2009 Regulations. Be it noted, the State Government has raised objection with regard to opening of new institutions. Pending adjudication of the same and keeping in view the submission put forth by Mr. Sharma, we permit the petitioner-institutions to proceed with the admission. Needless to say, the concerned University shall extend the affiliation in terms of 2009 Regulations which will be subject to final decision of the present special leave petition. Needless to say, the petitioner-institutions shall follow the centralized route for admission.
We have passed such an order as NCTE has already recognised five of the institutions out of eight for this year and the High Court has concurred with it. The said recognition has already been granted under 2014 Regulations. However, there is cavil over the three institutions and hence, as a protective measure, we have passed the order today so that the admission can take place.
Let the matter be listed in the third week of July 2015."
The said order shall apply in full force to the case at hand.
Let the matter be tagged with SLP (C) Nos.5282-5289 of 2015.
