According to the office report dated 20.11.2019, though the application for substitution to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent no.16 has been preferred, no application for setting aside abatement has been filed nor any death certificate of the deceased respondent has been produced on record.
Learned counsel for the appellant is granted six weeks' time to comply with the office report, failing which the appeal shall be taken to have been dismissed as against respondent no.16.
