Vide Order dated 14.5.2018 four weeks' time was granted to file objections to the applications (I.A. Nos. 3 & 4, 5 & 6, 46640, 46641, 46644 & 46647) for substitution, condonation of delay in filing substitution application and setting aside abatement but till date no objections are filed.

Further, four weeks' time is granted to the opposite parties to file their objections, if any.

Exemption from filing death certificate of deceased respondent No.1 and 8 is allowed.

Issue notice on the applications for substitution of Lrs of deceased respondent Nos.18,19,22,25, 26 and 27 as also on the application for condonation of delay in filing substitution applications and setting aside abatement.

Application for deletion of the name of respondent No.11 is allowed and the name of said respondent is deleted from the arrays of parties at the risk of the petitioner.

Cause title be amended accordingly.
