The Ld. Advocate, Mr. G.D. Bhandari, appearing on behalf of Mr. Satpal Singh, Advocate-on-record appears for respondent Nos.1 and 3. He seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to serve complete set of pleadings with proof of service of pleadings upon the Ld. Counsel for the said respondents within one week. Period of four weeks for filing counter affidavit shall reckon thereafter.
