It is submitted that C.A. No. 3110/2016 (arising out of SLP(C) NO.8136/2016) & C.A. NO.9723/2016 (arising out of SLP(C) NO.28393/2016) referred to on page nos. C and T of list of dates were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.3.2016 and 23.09.2016 when the Court granted leave as well as stay of the impugned judgment in both the matters and the same are still pending before the Court. Copy of the order dated 18.3.2016 and 23.09.2016 are enclosed herewith.
