It is submitted that the appeals above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 02/01/2017, when the Ld. Registrar's Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

" None appears for respondent No.20 in C.A. No. 5497 /2016 despite due service . Await certificate of service of the remaining respondents in C.A. No. 5497 of 2016 and all the respondents in C.A. No.5498 /2016 from the High Court. List again on 13/02/2017."

It is further submitted that Certificate of Service in both the appeals have been received in the appeals above mentioned (Copy of certificate of service in both appeals are enclosed herewith). In respect of unserved respondent letter has been issued to the counsel for the appellant on 04/01/2017 to take further steps in this regard and furnished latest and correct address within 15 days from the receipt of this letter, but in this regard he has not taken steps so far.

It is also submitted that in Civil appeal No. 5497 of 2016 service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3,,12,16,18,25 to 27 & 29 to 31 and in Civil appeal No. 5498 of 2016 on Respondent Nos. 1,6,7 and 12.

It is lastly submitted that as per High Court letter dated 6/1/2017 reminder has been issued to the concerned Distt. Judge, at Moradabad,UP, The Senior sub-Judge, Faridabad,(HR) and Distt. Judge, Dhaulpur, Rajasthan to expedite the dispatch the Certificate of service in respect of respondent Nos. 12,16,25 to 27,29 & 30, 20 & 31 and directed the lower Courts to forward the same to the Supreme Court.

Civil appeal is not ready.

The appeal above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
