Item No.74 -2- The Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that respondent Nos.15 and 19 are alive. Fresh steps to be taken for service of the said respondents within two weeks' time. Notice thereafter be issued. Application for substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos.11 and 12 be processed under rules. The Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.17 and 18 has not filed vakalatnama though notice was accepted before the Hon'ble Court. Last opportunity is granted for curing the defects in the application for impleadment filed by Mr. Satpal Singh, Advocate within two weeks' time. Registry to process under rules thereafter. C.A.
