The Civil Appeal Nos. 3110 and 3504 of 2016 were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 06/09/2016 with office report dated 05/09/2016 and copy of Court's order has been placed with office report.

Civil Appeal No. 3110 of 2016.

It is submitted that in view of Ld. Registrar's Court's order dated 6/09/2016 Mr. Satya Mitra Garg, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all respondents in Court on 18/03/2016 and filed V/memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 7,14,16, & 20 but he has not filed the V/memo of appearance on behalf of the Respondent Nos.8 to 13 , 15 and 17 to 19 despite Registry's letter dated 09/05/2016 and 02/07/2016. (In respect of Respondent Nos. 8,9,11 & 13 V/memo are signed by their wives not signed by respondents.)

It is submitted that there are 20 Respondents in this appeal. Service of notice of lodgment petition of appeal is not complete on Respondent Nos.8 to 13 , 15 and 17 to 19.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the appellant has not filed the statement of case so far despite Registry's letter dated 07/04/2016.

Civil appeal is not ready for hearing.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Satpal Singh, Adovcate has on 9 th August, 2016 filed an application for impleadment as intervenor on behalf of 4 intervenors and another application on behalf of 21 intervenors and both applications have been found defective for the reason in first application for intervention there are 4 intervenor to be impleaded as party respondents in this appeal but V/memo signed by only 3 applicants and their name is not clearly mentioned in V/memo of appearance and in Second application there are 21 intervenor to be impleaded as party respondents in this appeal but V/memo signed by only 12 applicants not by others and their names are not clearly mentioned hence same is not taken on record. Defects has not been cured by the Counsel so far.

CIVIL APPEAL NO: 9723 OF 2016.

It is submitted that there are 6 respondents in this appeal and Mr. Satpal Singh, Advocate has on 10th February, 2016 filed Caveat on behalf of Lrs. Of deceased respondent No.1 ( M.L. Sharma) V/Memo signed by Ms. Pushpa Rani at SLP stage and in this regard letter dated 18/05/2016 (copy enclosed) has been issued to Counsel for the appellant/Petitioner to take steps regarding file an application for bringing Lrs. Of deceased respondent No.1 on record but he has not taken steps so far, with the result notice of lodgment petition of appeal could not be issued to the respondents through High Court, despite registry letter dated 29/09/2016. Copy of Court's record of proceeding has been issued to High Court Concerned on 29/09/2016. Civil appeal is not ready for hearing.

The Appeals above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
