It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the judgment and order dated 09.10.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in R.P. No. 328/2015 in W.P. No. 8363/2007. The matter initially filed on 03.03.2016 was barred by time by 56 days (regd. as I.A. No. 1). The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 22.04.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 21 days (regd. as I.A. No. 2). He has also filed an application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered). All the applications have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 8136/2016 @ CC No. 4758/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to grant leave. Consequently, C.A. No. 3110/2016 has been registered. Copy of Order dated 18.03.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 11527/2016 @ CC No. 3867/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to grant leave. Consequently, C.A. No. 4386/2016 has been registered. Copy of Order dated 18.04.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of meeting dated 20.12.1989, orders dated 12.03.1979 and 29.04.2015. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 21.04.2016 and the same is placed at page No. 531 of SLP paper books.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court this Office Report.
