It is submitted that the matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay condoned. Leave granted. There shall be stay of operation of the impugned judgment.

Counter affidavit be filed within six weeks."

C.A. No. 4386/2016:-

It is further submitted that Mr. S. N. Terdal, Advocate for the appellants in C.A. No. 4386/2016 has not filed two spare copies of SLP-cum-petition of Appeal (one for High Court record and one for issuing notice of lodgment of petition of appeal on respondent No. 16) so far. Despite this Registry's letter dated 30.05.2016 with the result NLPA could not be issued to the respondent No. 16.

Service is complete on remaining respondents.

C.A. No. 4388/2016:-

It is further submitted that there are 6 respondents in this appeal. Respondent Nos. 1 & 4 are represented by Mr. Satpal Singh, Advocate and he has also filed counter affidavit. Certificate of service is still awaited from the High Court in respect of respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 & 6 so far.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 & 6.

CIVIL APPEAL NOS. 5497 & 5498/2016:-

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents in C.A. No. 5497/2016 & 14 respondents in C.A. No. 5498/2016. Notice of lodgment of Petition of Appeal have been issued to all the respondents through High Court on 06.08.2016. Certificate of service is still awaited from the High Court.

Service of notice of lodgment of Petition of Appeal is not complete.

Both the appeals are not ready.

The appeals above-mentioned are listed before the Court of

Ld. Registrar with this Office Report as incomplete matters. DATED THIS THE 16th DAY OF AUGUST, 2016.
