UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Mr. Kapil Sibal, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents, states that Respondent No. 3 undertakes to this Court to pay a sum of Rs. 100 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Crores) on or before 30th April, 2018, out of the balance agreed principal amount payable under the Award of Rs. 751.32 Crores.
On honouring the commitment, the learned Attorney General appearing for the petitioner – Corporation, states that they would examine the feasibility of settling the balance amount in appropriate installments.
