UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
When the matter is taken up today, Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the petitioner stated that today a demand draft for an amount of Rupees Ten Crores is handed over to him by the first respondent which the learned ASG accepts under protest. It is also stated that the first respondent agreed to pay another Rupees Forty Crores to the petitioner before the next date of hearing. The first respondent undertakes to pay Rupees Forty Crores by way of demand draft on or before 20th March, 2017.
