It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has not filed application for substitution to bring on record the Legal Representative of deceased Respondent No. 1.

It is further submitted that Ms. Mona K. Rajvanshi, Advocate

has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 so far.

It is submitted that there are three Respondents. Show cause notice has been issued to all the said Respondents and service of notice is awaited.
