Proceedings in Civil Writ Petition No. 1682/2018 titled Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala v. All India Council for Technical Education pending before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh and Writ Petition No. 3230 of 2018 titled Symbiosis International and Ors. v. All India Council for Technical Education pending before the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh are transferred to the Delhi High Court.

The parties are directed to appear before the Delhi High Court for further proceedings on 10th July, 2018.

Other matters need not be transferred, as we request the High Court to decide the matter expeditiously and other matters may be taken after the decision in the said matters.
