Mr.Rakesh K.Sharma, Ld.counsel has stated that he has already filed the vakalatnama for the respondent Nos.3 & 5. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly. Ld.counsel seeks and is given four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. The other served respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period provided above. Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent No.1 shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks.
