"As per letter given by Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 8, name of these respondents have been changed. Ld. Counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks take appropriate steps to amend the cause title. List again on 25.1.2017."

It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant have not filed application for change of names of respondent Nos. 3 & 8 in the matter so far.

It is further submitted that Service is complete on respondent No. 1 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far. Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2,6 & 7. Mr. Rakesh Kr. Sharma, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and have also filed counter affidavit. Service is complete in the matter.
