The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 18th January,2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"An application (I.A. 1/2015)has been filed seeking impleadment of 'Transmission Corporation of Telengana Limited' as respondent No.8 in the array of parties and also to change the name of respondent no.4 and respondent No.5.

Let Transmission Corporation of Telengana Limited be impleaded as respondent No. 8 in the array of parties. The title and address of respondent no.4 and respondent No.5 be changed, which should be State of Telangana. I.A. 1/2015 is allowed. Amended cause title be filed within four weeks."

It is submitted that Respondent no. 8 ( Transmission Corporation of Telangana) is impleaded in view of the above mentioned order but notice has not been issued to the said respondent. Respondent nos. 2, 4, 6 & 7 were represented through Mr. Guntur Prabhakar and he has also filed counter affidavit on behalf of these respondents in the matter but since the name of respondent Nos. 4 & 5 has been changed to "Southern Power distribution company of Telangana" and "Northern Power Distribution company of Telangana" he is now representing only respondent nos. 2, 6 & 7. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Advocate has already filed vakalatnam on behalf of respondent nos. 4 & 5 and has also filed counter affidavit. Service is complete on respondent no. 1 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf.

It is further submitted that Respondent no. 3 ("Central Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh) and Respondent no. 8 ( Transmission Corporation of Telangana) are unrepresented in the appeal. Service is incomplete on these two respondents in the appeal.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the appellant has not filed amended memo of parties in the matter so far.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
