The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09th July,2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice."

It is submitted that notice was issued on 04.09.2014 to all the seven respondents. Respondent nos. 2, 4, 6 & 7 are represented through Mr. Guntur Prabhakar. Service is complete on respondent no. 1 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Mr. Rakesh Kr. Sharma, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 & 5 but the vakaltanma filed is defective.

The matter above mentioned was listed before Ld. Registrar Court on 07th October, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The respondent Nos.2,4,6 & 7 have already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.1, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Ld.counsel for the appellant shall file an I.A. for amendment of cause title within four weeks in respect of the respondent Nos. 3 & 5. List the matter again on 05.01.2016."

It is further submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 09.10.2015 filed an Application for bringing on record the Change in Name and Address of the parties and implead TSTRANSCO as respondent and the same is registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2015. (Copies are placed with paper books)

The application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
