UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- Heard learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent - State and carefully perused the material placed on record.
Signature Not Verified counsel for Learned the respondent -State. $\mathbf{on}$ Structions, submits that the prosecution evidence already stands concluded and even the statement of the accused, including the petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C., has been recorded. The trial is now ripe for final arguments.
3. In this view of the matter, we do not deem it appropriate to consider the petitioner's prayer for bail.
4. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial finally by 30.09.2023.
5. As a result, pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
