IA No. 214396/2024

1. By this application, the petitioner seeks for dispensing with the service of notice on respondent no. 4- Jagdish on the ground that no relief has been sought against him. There has been stated that the respondent no. 4 is just a proforma respondent.

2. In view of the above, the requirement of service of notice on respondent no. 4 is dispensed with.
