O R D E R

1. Leave granted.

2. The appellants are aggrieved by the judgments dated 07.10.2021 and 21.03.2022, passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh, whereby the compensation for their acquired land was reduced from Rs.22,00,754/- per acre to Rs.14,52,010/- per acre.

3. The lands of the appellants were acquired by the State of Haryana for construction of the KMP Express Highway Phase VII in village Sultanpur, District Gurugram, Haryana by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC).

4. Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the judgments of the High Court, including the lead judgment in RFA No.421 of 2021, were challenged before this Court in C.A. No. 1173 of 2023 @ SLP(C)No. 3585 of 2022 (Ravinder Kumar Goel vs. The State of Haryana & Ors.) and other connected appeals, which were allowed on 15.02.2023 and the market value of the acquired land was enhanced to Rs.25,20,000/- per acre.

5. Consequently, these appeals are allowed, and the appellants are also held entitled to compensation in terms of judgment dated 15.02.2023, passed by this Court in Ravinder Kumar Goel's case (supra) along with all the statutory benefits.

6. The enhanced amount of compensation shall be paid to the appellants within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. As a sequel to the above, the pending interlocutory applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
