Eight weeks' time is allowed to the respondents to file the statement of case in C.A.No.630 of 2009 and to both the parties in C.A.Nos.765-766 of 2009. If the appellants fail to file the statement of case in C.A.Nos.765-766 of 2009, those appeals shall stand automatically dismissed. If the respondents fail to file the statement of case, they shall forfeit their right to file the statement of case in future and the matter shall be listed for hearing in due course without being processed further for the purpose of filing the statement of case.
