SLP (C) No. 2534 of 2016:-

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 12.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the respondent Nos. 1 and 8 to file the counter affidavit. Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual

mode to the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks. List again on 4.8.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the Respondent No. 1 & 8 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for the service of notice to the Respondent Nos. 2 to 7 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 1 to 7.

SLP (C) No. 13531 of 2016:-

It is submitted that in pursuance of this Hon'ble Court's Order dated 29.04.2016 show cause notice to all the fourty four respondents was issued on 23.05.2016 by registered A.D. A. D. cards duly signed in respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 18-20, 24, 28, 33, 34, 36, 38, 39, 42 and 44 but no one has entered appearance so far. Unserved cover in respect of Respondent No. 29 has been received with postal remarks "unclaimed". Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14-17, 19-23, 25-27, 29-32, 35,37, 40, 41 and 43.

Service is not complete.

SLP (C) No. 15416 of 2016:-

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/-, as costs with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within two weeks from today.

Application(S) seeking exemption from filing c/c of the impugned order is allowed.

Issue notice.

Tag with SLP (C) No. 24745 of 2015.

In the meantime, contempt proceedings, if any, shall not be proceeded with."

It is submitted that as directed above show cause notice to all the 7 respondents was issued on 14.06.2016 by registered A.D. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of all the Respondents so far.

Service is not complete.

SLP (C) No. 16725 of 2016:-

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 04.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No. 24745 of 2015."

It is submitted that as directed above show cause notice to the sole respondent could not be issued so far as counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy of SLP paper-books so far.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
