The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the final Judgment and Orders dated 28.11.2013 and 02.06.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Bangalore Bench in O.A. No. 904 of 2013 and Review Application No. 95 of 2014 in O.A. No. 904 of 2013.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 824 days in filing SLP against order dated 28.1.2013 and delay of 638 days in filing SLP against order dated 02.06.2014 and counsel has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No 24745 of 2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.08.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of Record of Proceedings dated 21.08.2015 is enclosed).

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 10089 of 2009 arising out of SLP(C) CC... No. 4842 of 2009 referred to on annexure P-4 at page nos 72-73 of SLP paper books was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 20.04.2009 .

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 19.07.2016 filed true copy of order dated 21.08.2013 passed by the Hon'ble Central Administrative Triabunal, Bangalore Bench in I.A. NO. 174 of 2012 and O.A. No. 763 to 807 of 2013 in view of undertaking letter dated 09.06.2016. Copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
