The matter above mentioned has been filed on 19th April, 2016 against the final Judgment and order dated 4th February, 2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, Madras in O.A. No. 1632 of 2013 and the same is barred by time by 348 days. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) 24745 of 2015 @ SLP(C)...CC No. 16759 of 2015 entitled "B. K. Sharma -Vs- Union of India & Ors. @ similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th September, 2015 when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 18th September, 2015 is circulated herewith.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) 7086 of 2015 @ SLP(C) ...CC No. 1605 of 2015 entitled "Union of India & Anr.-Vs- Shri K B S Nakra & Anr.@ similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 2nd February, 2015 when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 2nd February, 2015 is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner, has filed a letter dated 2nd May, 2016. Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 2nd May, 2016is placed at page No. 61 of the Special Leave Petition Paper books.

The application in the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
