It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed Spare copy and show cause notice was issued to all the eight respondents on 10.02.2016 by registered A.D. post. Mr. Satish Kumar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 8. Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 7 so far.

CC NO. 1364/2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/-, as costs, with the supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within two weeks from today.

Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No. 24745/2015. In the meantime, contempt proceedings, if nay, shall not be proceeded with."

It is further submitted that in view of aforesaid Order, counsel for the petitioner has on 16.03.2016 filed an application for condonation of delay in filing cost imposed by this Hon'ble Court without filing proof of deposit of cost of Rs. 5000/- with the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund so far.(Registered as I.A. No. 2) and same has been placed with SLP paper books.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 28.4.2016 to deposited the cost of Rs. 5000/- with the Supreme Court Mutual Welfare Fund. As application for condonation of delay is yet to be allowed, show cause notice to Respondent could not be issued so far.

SLP(c)CC NO. 4092/2016

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.03.2016, when the following Order was passed :-

"Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/-, as costs, with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within two weeks from today. Application(s) seeking exemption from filing c/c of the impugned order is allowed. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No.24745/2015. In the meantime, contempt proceedings, if any, shall not be proceeded with."

It is further submitted that in view of aforesaid Order, counsel for the petitioner has on 16.03.2016 filed an application for permission to deposit cost and condonation of delay of 20 days in filing cost imposed by this Hon'ble Court without filing proof of deposit of cost of Rs. 5000/- with the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund so far. I.A. for permission to deposit cost and condonation of delay in depositing cost has been placed with SLP paper books as unregistered.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 28.4.2016 to deposited the cost of Rs. 5000/- with the Supreme Court Mutual Welfare Fund. As application for condonation of delay is yet to be allowed, show cause notice to Respondent could not be issued so far.

SLP(c) CC NO. 6821/2016

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18.04.2016, when the following Order was passed :-

"Delay condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand) to the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) NO.24745 of 2015. Contempt Proceedings, if any, shall remain stayed pending further orders."

It is submitted that as directed above counsel for the petitioners has not deposited the Cost of Rs. 5,000/- with the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund so far. Hence, certified copy of above said order to concerned High Court and show cause notice to the respondents could not be issued.

The matters alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
