It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed Spare copy and show cause notice was issued to all the eight respondents on 10.02.2016 by registered A.D. post. Mr. Satish Kumar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 8. Neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 7 so far.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
"Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/-, as costs, with the supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within two weeks from today.
Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No. 24745/2015. In the meantime, contempt proceedings, if nay, shall not be proceeded with."
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has failed to deposit the cost of Rs. 5000/-. Hence show cause notice to Respondent could not be issued so far.
It is further submitted that in view of aforesaid Order, counsel for the petitioner has on 16.03.2016 filed an application for condonation of delay in filing cost imposed by this Hon'ble Court without filing proof of deposit of cost of Rs. 5000/- with the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund so far.(Registered as I.A. No. 2) and same has been placed with SLP paper books.

he matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.03.2016, when the following Order was passed :-
"Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/-, as costs, with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within two weeks from today.
Application(s) seeking exemption from filing c/c of the impugned order is allowed.
Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No.24745/2015. In the meantime, contempt proceedings, if any, shall not be proceeded with."
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has failed to deposit the cost of Rs. 5000/-. Hence show cause notice to Respondent could not be issued so far.
It is further submitted that in view of aforesaid Order, counsel for the petitioner has on 16.03.2016 filed an application for permission to deposit cost and condonation of delay of 20 days in filing cost imposed by this Hon'ble Court without filing proof of deposit of cost of Rs. 5000/- with the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund so far. I.A. for permission to deposit cost and condonation of delay in depositing cost is being circulated as unregistered.
The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
