It is submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 25.10.2016 filed order dated 05.04.2014 in W.P. No. 41014/12(S-CAT), within time and the same is being circulated with this office report.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 24745 of 2015 arising out of SLP(C) CC... No. 12706/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.08.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of Record of Proceedings dated 21.08.2015 is enclosed).

It is lastly submitted that SLP(C) CC... NO. 11170/2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.07.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court(Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 05.07.2016 is enclosed).

The matters above mentioned is, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
