Fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

SLP(C) No. 26723/2016

As per the tracking report in respect of both the respondents, the postal remarks show "Left India". Hence, ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall furnish the fresh particulars of both the respondents and he shall also take fresh steps in respect of both of them as per the rules governing the subject.

SLP(C) No. 13531/2016:-

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither filed fresh particulars not taken fresh steps for service of notice on respondent No. 29. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 18-20, 24, 28, 33, 34, 36, 38, 39, 42 & 44 so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent Nos. 1, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14-17, 21-23, 25-27, 29-32, 35, 37, 40, 41 and 43.

Service is not complete.

SLP(C) No. 15416/2016:-

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondents so far.

SLP(C) No. 26723/2016:-

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither furnished the fresh particulars of both the respondents nor filed spare copies for issuance of fresh notice to both the respondents.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
