"SLP(C) No. 2534/2016
The respondent Nos.1 & 8 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.
Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 12.05.2016 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos.2-7.

The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.
Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No.29 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither filed fresh particulars not taken fresh steps for service of notice on respondent No. 29. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 18-20, 24, 28, 33, 34, 36, 38, 39, 42 & 44 so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent Nos. 1, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14-17, 21-23, 25-27, 29-32, 35, 37, 40, 41 and 43.

SLP(C) No. 26723/2016:-
The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 02.09.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:-
On 11th July, 2016 this Court passed the following order:
"Application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment/order is allowed.
Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/-, as costs, with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust, within two weeks from today.
Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No.24745/2015. In the meantime, contempt proceeding, if any, shall not be proceeded with."
As per office report the learned counsel for the petitioners has not filed proof of deposit of Rs.5,000/- with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record
Welfare Trust so far. Hence, notice could not be issued. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be afforded one more week's time to deposit Rs.5,000/- as ordered. The prayer is allowed. The cost awarded by this Court's order dated 11th July, 2016 be deposited within one week from today, subject to deposit of further cost of Rs.10,000/ with the Supreme Court Advocate on Record Welfare Trust within one week."
It is submitted that upon deposit of cost on 09.09.2016 as per aforesaid order, show cause notice to both respondents was issued on 16.09.2016. As per India Post tracking report the same have not been delivered with comments "Left India".
