The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/ (Rupees Five Thousand) in each case with the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund within a period of four weeks. Issue notice. Tag with Special Leave Petition © No. 24745/2015 @ CC No. 12706/2015"
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioners has deposited the costs of Rs. 5,000/ in these matters, but has not filed spare copies of SLPs so far. Hence show cause notice could not be issued in theses matters so far.

The above mentioned matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11.07.2016 with an office report 08.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order is allowed. Delay in filing special leave petition is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/, as costs, with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual
Welfare Fund, within two weeks from today.
Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No.24745/2015. In the meantime, contempt proceedings, if any, shall not be proceeded with. "
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither deposited the costs of Rs. 5,000/ with Supreme Court Mutual Fund nor filed spare copies of SLP so far. Hence SLP could not registered and show cause notice could not be issued to the respondents so far.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 9.9.16 filed an application for condonation of delay in depositing the cost of Rs. 5000/ after the expiry of 2 weeks time granted by the Hon'ble Court on 11.07.2016 but counsel has not filed the proof of deposit of the amount so far.
The matters above mentioned are listed before the Registrar Court with this Office Report.
