This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate on 25th May, 2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 09.10.2014 of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Ernakulam Bench, Kerala in O.A. No. 420 of 2013.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special leave petition have been filed. There is delay of 503 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and delay of 33 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 16856 of 2016 arising out of SLP (C) CC. No. 11076 of 2016 entitled UNION OF INDIA AND ORS Vs. DR. C.V.K. PRASADA AND ANR arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court 05.07.2016 when the Court directed issue notice and same is pending (Copy of the record of proceeding dated 05.07.2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 24745 of 2015 arising out of SLP (C) CC. No. 12706 of 2015 entitled UNION OF INDIA AND ORS Vs. DR. O.P. NIJHAWAN & ORS referred to on Annexure P6 was listed before the Hon'ble Court 21.08.2015 when the Court directed issue notice and same is pending (Copy of the record of proceeding dated 21.08.2015 has been Annexed as Annexure P6 at Page Nos. 195196 of the SLP paperbook for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is also submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 10089 of 2009 arising out of SLP (C) CC. No. 4842 of 2009 entitled UNION OF INDIA

AND ANR. Vs. K. MALLIKHARAJUNA RAO & ORS. referred to on Annexure P2 was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 20.04.2009(Copy of the record of proceeding dated 20.04.2009 has been Annexed as Annexure P2 at Page Nos. 3435 of the SLP paperbook for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is also submitted that with regard to defect pointed out by the Registry, the Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 25.07.2016 (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 25.07.2016 is Annexed at Page No. 208 of the SLP paperbook for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 10.08.2016 filed additional documents as per undertaking dated 22.07.2016 (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

The applications alongwith the matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
