Respondent No.2 has died. Respondent No.1 is represented. Respondent No.4 has not been served. Counsel for the petitioners seeks two weeks time to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2. On his doing so, let fresh notice be issued to respondent No.4 as well as legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2. In the meantime, respondents who have already been served may file their counter affidavits.
