The instant appeal is by Special Leave granted by this Court Order Dated 20.10.2008.

It is submitted that Mr. Nar Hari Singh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No.2(iii) and has on 3.3.2016 filed application for direction praying therein that interim order dated 27.8.2004 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the instant appeal is not applicable to the present applicant. The same has been registered as I.A. No.7 of 2016.

It is further submitted that I.A. No.7 (Application for direction) was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 01.04.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List this application within next four weeks before an appropriate Bench."

The application for direction in the appeal above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with the Office Report.
