The matter abovementioned was listed alongwith connected matters (Main Matter SLP (C) No. 1595715958 of 2014) before the Hon'ble Court on 18th July, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Both sides are aggrieved by the impugned order.

Hence, issue notice.

Mr. Mudit Sharma, Mr. E.C. Agrawala, and Mr. Kaustubh Anshuraj, M/s M.V. Kini & Associates, Mr. Purushottam Sharma Tripathi, Ms. Aparna Bhat and

Mr. S. Ravi Shankar, advocates, waive service for the respective respondents. Counter affidavits may be filed by the respondents within six weeks. Rejoinder may be filed by the petitioners within four weeks therefrom. List the matters on October 10, 2014.

The observations made by the High Court in para 6 of the order dated 13.03.2014 shall be subject to the final decision in these matters."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the counsel for the petitioner has not filed process fee and spare copies for issuance of notice. Hence show cause notice could not be issued.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid Order, Mr. Mudit Sharma, Advocate who is representing respondent No.1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 so far.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
