UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Mukul Rohtagi, learned Attorney General who appears for Air India Ltd. states that he shall also represent the Union of India. The office report is to the effect that all the parties have not been served.

Issue fresh notice returnable within two weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

Counter affidavits are filed today, advance copies have also been served on the petitioners.

Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks.
