UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard.

Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General, submits that the Government of India and the Air India Ltd. are both working on a package which they may offer to its employees including

members of the petitioner-associations. He submits that the entire exercise may take around three months to complete. He submits that these matters could stand over for a period of three months to enable the Government of India and Air India Ltd. to finalise and place before this court the proposed package. We see no reason to decline that prayer.

These matters shall stand over for a period of three months. Needful be done in the meantime.
