O R D E R

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for both the sides at length.

Looking at the fact that the matter is finally to be heard on 14.01.2015, we are not inclined to grant any interim relief at this stage.

However, it is made clear that in the event, the employees are found to be entitled to some more amount, the amount shall be paid along with interest which might be decided by this Court at the relevant point of time.

List on 14.01.2015 subject to overnight part heard.
